With possibly some interesting recycled furniture...
A roof top ocean friendly garden....
For the surfrider foundation....
And, something like these translucent nature panels might be cool too, right?!

I didn't see the shower...you gotta have one of those so Brett doesn't have to take a shower on the curb anymore after surfing.
